Our process time is 7-10 business days (not included weekend and holidays) Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade and package by one person. Once you place your order, I will work on it as soon as I can. You will NOT get an email update until I create your shipping label and it is ready to be mailed out. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out.

U.S. free shipping over $100.00 USD.

All domestic packages ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 1-4 business days - This does not include processing time. Woofu Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package claim delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a missing mail request with USPS.

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible so we can change it on our end before mailing it out.

Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. Delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.

➤ International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Woofu Shop is not responsible for paying custom or duty fees. Woofu Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package claim delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a claim with the shipping provider chosen at checkout. 

The customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees for any insufficient addresses or packages returned to sender. Please use our contact form and provide your email, order number, and tracking number so we can issue you a separate Shipping Invoice. Shipping Invoice must be paid by the customer prior to the package's reshipment. Note: Refunds will not be issued for packages whose additional postage, customs, or duties is refused by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

For time sensitive orders, International customers should consider current processing and shipping times. Expedited shipping options are available through USPS and UPS shipping providers. 

 ➤ 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥 & 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘

At Woofu Shop, each piece is unique, handmade with love so please show it some love by taking care of it. We recommend gently hand washing your bandana. Customized bandanas and special fabric should be spot cleaned only. Because all of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly. This includes pattern placement, size and shape. Every two are not the same.

Our products are not animal proof. All accessoires needs to be worn under the supervision. We are not responsible for any harm or damage. Due to light and screen setting difference, the item’s color many be slightly different from pictures.

We are not currently accepting custom order requests.

Unfortunately, our products does not accept returns or exchanges because each piece is personalized and made to order. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you ☺
