• Processing time does not include shipping time

International Shipping

• We ship to selected international countries via DHL

• If you do not see your country available at checkout, please reach out to us at woofushop@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order

• International shipping times and rates will vary by destination

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country

• You will receive a DHL tracking number to monitor your shipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Woof-u Shop is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered

• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number

• If you are experiencing an issue, feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you

Handmade Nature of Our Products

At Woof-u Shop, every piece is handmade with love in small batches. Because of this:

• There may be a slight size variation of 1–2 inches from the listed measurements

• Minor imperfections may occur as a natural result of the handmade process

• These small differences are what make each piece one of a kind 🐾

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges

• All sales are final
